What is Mediation?
It is a non-battled process, in which a third neutral party facilitates the negotiation between the involved parties; allowing them to acknowledge their interest over their personal opinions in a cooperative way to find a balanced settlement for their conflict. This tool allows the user to avoid legal confrontation in Court, thereby solving the conflict between the parties in a consensual way through dialogue.
Hearings are confidential and settlement has Force of Law.
